Fall-off-the-bone beef brisket in Cranberry ...

This is one of my favorite recipes for beef brisket slow cooking. It's so easy, and it tastes fantastic. Just be sure to cut the meat against the grain. Cut in the wrong direction, the meat is tough. Cut against the grain, and they melt in your mouth tender.

Serve this chicken breast with potato gratin and green beans on the grill.
