Vegetables magically transform ...

I'm a big proponent of the theory that when vegetables taste good, will want to eat children. Now there are many ways to taste vegetables good balance with children and like adding butter, salt or sugar foods.

In this article I talk about a different strategy: Changing the texture of vegetables. Place the broccoli in a broccoli soup recipe creamy spinach puree or frozen pineapple, a green smoothie ice cream can do wonders with picky.

These are some of my favorite recipes that make vegetables taste good, by the texture of them:

  • Carrot Cake Smoothie - How Carrot Cake in a Mug!

  • Kale Pesto Recipe - Every time I greens that are about to go wrong, they make pesto. Children can not really tell the difference between kale pesto and basil pesto. Use this recipe for the pesto pizza.

  • Cauliflower Soup Recipe - This soup with cauliflower cream has a soft and vegetables are a lot of pizazz. The kids really like this recipe.

  • Fresh Tomato Soup - This is a perfect soup recipe for summer, when tomatoes are in season. Although tomatoes are technically a fruit, they are very healthy, and this soup also has onion, garlic and fresh basil in it.

  • Green Smoothie Recipe - This is frozen with cabbage, pineapple juice and other fruit pineapple-coconut.

  • Zucchini-Corn Soup Recipe - This creamy soup is thick enough to be a meal, but it has no cream in it. This recipe is loaded with vegetables.

  • Hummus Recipe - children may not like chickpeas, but if you serve hummus with pita chips, everything can change. My children have never used to like hummus, then I tried it at home with a friend one day. Boom - has become a new favorite!

  • Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe - warm cheese, cream, vegetable soup is comfort food at its best!
