Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours

Total time: 3 hours 15 minutes

Yield: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces of macaroni
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated skim milk
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese divided,
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1c. kosher salt

Preparation:

  1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions cook until the pasta is al dente. Draining.

  2. Spray the stoneware pot with cooking spray. Pour. Cooked pasta to the slow cooker

  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Stirring.

  4. Cover and simmer 3 hours.

  5. Sprinkle with cheese reserved. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
