Ingredients:
- 16 ounces of macaroni
- 1 12-ounce can evaporated skim milk
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese divided,
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 1c. kosher salt
Preparation:
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions cook until the pasta is al dente. Draining.
- Spray the stoneware pot with cooking spray. Pour. Cooked pasta to the slow cooker
- Add the remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Stirring.
- Cover and simmer 3 hours.
- Sprinkle with cheese reserved. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
