Ice Cream Cake Recipe

This ice cream cake recipe is perfect for summer parties and holiday potluck dessert. This ice cream cake looks impressive, but it's really easy to do. If you have a springform pan, you can make this ice cream cake recipe. I have Milano cookies recipe for ice cream cake, but witnesses who go to work. Adjust according to your taste!

Ingredients:

  • 18 chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreos
  • 3 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 liter of vanilla ice cream
  • 14-15 oval as alfajores cookies Milano
  • Salsa 1/4 cup hot fudge
  • 1 liter of chocolate ice cream

Preparation:

  1. Pulse chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until they are coarse crumbs. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

  2. Take to soften the vanilla ice cream from the freezer.

  3. Press Milano cookies, crumbs short edge, so that the line of the boundary of a springform pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  4. Heat the hot fudge in the microwave for 20-30 seconds (until soft enough to pay), and pour over crumbs. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  5. Spread soft vanilla ice cream layer cake with hot chocolate. Freezing at least 1 hour. While the cake freezes ice cream, chocolate ice cream to soften. Spread chocolate ice cream in the layer of vanilla ice cream. Freeze until firm, at least 30 minutes.
