Salisbury Steak Recipe

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Total time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 pounds. (Lean 85% to 90%) ground beef
  • 1 package of soup mix 1.5 ounces of dried onions
  • Soup 2 10-3/4 oz cans condensed golden mushroom
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix ground beef and mix dry onion soup with his hands. Form patties about an inch thick. In a casserole dish 2 liter.

  3. Mix mushroom soup and water. Pour over meatballs.

  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
Serve at once.

Makes 4-6 servings.
