Impossible Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

I love dinner on most of the time devoted to the preparation in the oven, with very little effort. This is the case with this impossible pie cheese. Sometimes I make the impossible pie recipe with ground turkey instead of ground beef. Anyway, it works great.

Ingredients:

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 large onion, diced
• 2:01 c. Kosher salt
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• The 4.3 cup baking mix, like Bisquick or Jiffy
• 1.1 / 2 cups milk
• 3 large eggs
• 3-4 slices of bacon

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate or 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.


2. Ground beef and onion in skillet. Season with salt. Drain and pour into prepared pan.


3. Top with cheese.


4. In a blender, combine baking mix, milk and eggs. Pour the mixture into a cake pan.


5. Bake 30 minutes.


6. Meanwhile, cook bacon crispy. Drain and the bacon on the cheese cake no.
