This recipe for roasted broccoli is full of fresh, bright flavor and incredibly easy to prepare. I do this on a grill contact within broccoli, (compare prices) as George Foreman Grill, but you can certainly a pan (I recommend a cast iron skillet) to use for this recipe. You just need to extend the cooking time and place broccoli halfway.
