Microwave Nachos Recipe

This microwave nachos are the perfect game day snack or a snack after school, because they are very quick and easy to prepare, and the recipe can be varied in many different ways, depending on your needs. The key is having the right kind of cheese. I like the combination of melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack or pepper Jack cheese, but will do soft or semi-soft, even a cheese. Avoid using hard cheese for these nachos, because they capture the microwave.

This is not the kind of recipe that you think it to leave you alone, while you want to cook. Cooking times can vary considerably from one microwave to another. It is best nachos look through the glass door. Once all the cheese melts simply removing the plate from the microwave oven.

Remember, the microwave takes several minutes after removing food from the oven. If you take the nachos beyond the point where the cheese has melted cheese might just end up getting overcooked and tough.

Although most recipes call for microwave food cover, this is not necessary with these nachos.

Feel free to experiment with different types of fillings with this recipe. Black beans, baked beans, cooked chicken, beef or cooked vegetables are stir all well. Make sure the food before they cooked in the oven. I usually cut out overlays on top of tortilla chips, then the cheese and was directed in recipe form.

Do not miss my other recipes nachos, too.
