Grilled Peaches

Grilled Peaches Recipe

Grilled peaches are a tasty and light dessert. Use any kind of fish that are in season for this recipe for grilled peaches, but make sure that they are a little heavy. Peaches that are too soft will collapse if you try to make grilled peaches.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Total time: 15 minutes

Yield: 2-4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. Nuts
  • 2 peaches, halved, pitted
  • 4-6 slices of thinly shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1c. Honey

Preparation:

  1. Prepare grill or heat cast iron skillet over medium heat.

  2. Toast walnuts smell in a dry pan for 3-5 minutes or until golden and color.

  3. Place the peaches, cut side down on the grill. Grill 2-4 minutes. Returning from fishing, so that the skin side is down. Place the Parmesan on top of the peaches. Grill another 2-3 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle toasted walnuts fishing. Drizzle with honey.

Serve immediately grilled peaches.
