The Super Single S & # 039; Dive manners whole family ...

This immersion in customs are made with the same ingredients as its classic s'mores, except that served in a form of immersion. It is a perfect way to enjoy s'mores campfire when no visible (and in winter, when it 10 degrees outside).

I take this plunge in a cast iron skillet 8 inch because so all you have to clean a pot. But if you do not have a pan in the oven as they have, just melt the chocolate mixture in a tight container, then pour into an ovenproof pan before roasting marshmallows.

Of course graham crackers are the classic food immersion for this recipe, but feel free to with fruits (strawberries, bananas and cherries all would be wonderful) experiment. And so would chocolate chip cookies or chocolate cookies.

Also be sure to check out my other recipes S'mores.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

  • 12 ounces chocolate chips (milk chocolate, dark chocolate or dark)
  • 3 c. Whole milk or cream
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Crackers for dipping

  2. Place chocolate chips and milk or cream in a cast iron skillet 8 inches on the stove over medium heat. Alternatively, if you. Did not have a cast iron skillet, with a small heavy saucepan Simmer, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and the mixture is smooth, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. If you have a pot, pour in a pan or oven dish.
  3. Spread marshmallows on top of the chocolate mixture. Roast until golden, 1-5 minutes. Note: The cooking time is on your oven and grill from near the flesh, is the bread. Just be sure to look carefully dipping. You can go from perfectly golden to burnt brown within seconds.
