This dish reminds me Tater Tot Casserole Mexican hamburger, but instead of potatoes on Tater Tots and a profile of Mexican flavor. The kids really enjoy this recipe, and you will, the fact that just love to do.
I like to use sweet potato chips for this recipe, but feel free to use regular chips if you prefer. If you are not seasoned with fries, you will want the season to season ground beef with salt and pepper. Otherwise, this dish is too bland.
If you want to add a touch of flavor to the pot, cover with pickled jalapenos.
